Delivery and Returns

We use a renowned courier service that ensures your package is cared for during transit and delivered to your doorstep. You will be issued with a tracking number right after your order has been dispatched, so you can see the movement of your order. All orders over R500.00 qualify for free shipping:) yay!
Deliveries in local areas usually take 2-3 business days while national deliveries take 3-5 business days. International delivery options coming soon!
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your THE LOT account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. If your order is missing we will try and track it for you with our courier company and ensure either a replacement is sent if not your original order. If you wish to return, you will be required to: Email with your order details and reason for return. You will have 10 business days in which to do this and will have to courier the order back to THE LOT HQ. Once we receive the order, your refund will be processed and should reflect within 14 business days. If the item is damaged or defaulted you will be required to: Email with your order details and photo proof. We will review and provide feedback. If the item is a manufacturing fault, we will happily refund you or replace the item. We will not be held responsible for any wear and tear.
Payfast is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Payfast website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Payfast payment, a payment confirmation email will generate automatically to THE LOT system,for your order. It's fast, easy & secure.
